Fridays

$4500

Your Event Will Include:

  • 13-hour rental
  • 1-hour rehearsal
  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests (additional available upon request)
  • Tables and chairs provided — Guests are responsible for setup
  • One additional day for engagement or special occasion photos (scheduled separately)

Saturdays

$4800

Your Event Will Include:

  • 14-hour rental
  • 1-hour rehearsal
  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests (additional available upon request)
  • Tables and chairs provided — Guests are responsible for setup
  • One additional day for engagement or special occasion photos (scheduled separately)

Sundays

$4500

Your Event Will Include:

  • 13-hour rental
  • 1-hour rehearsal

Rehearsal

A 1-hour rehearsal meeting period is reserved the week of the event, typically on Thursday.

Elopements & Micro Weddings

Available on Weekdays

Elopements: $1000

Couple + 2 witnesses
2 hours use of venue

Micro Weddings: $3000

Couple + 30 guests
5 hours use of venue

Required Permits & Insurance

Banquet Permit (If Serving Alcohol)

A Banquet Permit is required if you plan to serve alcohol at your event. This permit allows alcohol at private events with a guest list, such as weddings, company banquets, or church gatherings — held in public venues like ours.

Event Insurance (Required for All Events)

All events held at Eagle Mountain Venue must have $1 million in liability insurance coverage.
You can easily purchase a policy online at: www.theeventhelper.com

Vendor Insurance (If You’re Hiring Outside Vendors)

If you plan to bring in your own vendors — like a caterer, bartender, DJ, or photo booth — they’ll just need to provide proof of insurance.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

General Liability Coverage
— $1 million per occurrence
— $2 million total coverage (aggregate)

Liquor Liability Coverage
— Only needed if they’ll be serving alcohol

Certificate of Insurance
The insurance certificate should:
— List our venue as the Certificate Holder
— Also include us as Additional Insured
— Use this exact name for both:

Eagle Mountain Ranch Country Venue, LLC DBA; Eagle Mountain Venue

***Most professional vendors are familiar with this and can easily provide the correct certificate.***
