Event Clean Up - $300
A Banquet Permit is required if you plan to serve alcohol at your event. This permit allows alcohol at private events with a guest list, such as weddings, company banquets, or church gatherings — held in public venues like ours.

All events held at Eagle Mountain Venue must have $1 million in liability insurance coverage.
You can easily purchase a policy online at: www.theeventhelper.com
If you plan to bring in your own vendors — like a caterer, bartender, DJ, or photo booth — they’ll just need to provide proof of insurance.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:
General Liability Coverage
— $1 million per occurrence
— $2 million total coverage (aggregate)
Liquor Liability Coverage
— Only needed if they’ll be serving alcohol
Certificate of Insurance
The insurance certificate should:
— List our venue as the Certificate Holder
— Also include us as Additional Insured
— Use this exact name for both:
Eagle Mountain Ranch Country Venue, LLC DBA; Eagle Mountain Venue
